Utility Operations Coordinator

As a Utility Operations Coordinator at Asplundh, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient management of utility right-of-way vegetation programs. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent planning and communication skills to coordinate with customers, property owners, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Obtain permission from property owners to trim or remove trees and apply herbicides.
- Discuss access obtainment, power interruption, and work to be done with customers or property owners.
- Discuss responsibility for apparent damage to property, repairs for minor damage, and refer controversial cases to the General Foreperson.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and property owners to ensure satisfaction with services.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Driver License Required.
- Ability to travel frequently to job sites.
- Physical ability to perform job duties, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Works in all temperatures and weather conditions, exposed to nature, and may work around excessive noise from machines and equipment.
