Position Overview:
The Facility Maintenance Associate plays a vital role within the Environmental Services Team at Noo-Kayet Investments. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy engaging with a diverse range of people.


In this role, you will be expected to utilize various cleaning tools and products effectively. Adaptability is key, as you will need to adjust your tasks based on daily requirements and collaborate with fellow team members responsible for upkeep and sanitation.


Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with guests and employees, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Maintain and sanitize common areas, including gaming machines, seating, offices, meeting spaces, corridors, lounges, restrooms, and staircases.
- Collect and dispose of waste responsibly.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues via radio, reporting any irregularities to the shift supervisor or security.


Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma or GED, or be currently enrolled in an educational program.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays is essential.
- Represent Noo-Kayet Investments with professionalism and integrity.


Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or gaming environment is advantageous.
- Ability to obtain necessary licenses as required.
