**Job Title:** Financial Operations Specialist

**Salary:** $80,000 - $110,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at IFAS. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management and analysis, with experience in working with Intra-government reimbursable agreements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advisory support services to the DOJ FBI, including the establishment, billing, and collections of Intra-government reimbursable agreements. This will involve working closely with the advisory team to provide financial management related advisory support services.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply a variety of techniques to complex problems. They will also have strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support based on understanding and knowledge around the establishment, billing, and collections of Intra-government reimbursable agreements.
  • Work closely with the advisory team to provide financial management related advisory support services.
  • Analyze and apply problem-solving methods to complex problems.
  • Conduct research to investigate client problems and work collaboratively with the team to formulate and recommend solutions.
  • Produce high-impact, high-quality work products, reports, and other deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with two (2) years or more of experience.
  • Experience calculating complex figures and performing financial/business analysis including the preparation of reports.
  • Active Interim Top-Secret Security Clearance.
