Position Details:
We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Tacoma, WA. As an Outpatient Ortho Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, treating a wide range of orthopedic conditions. Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibilities will include:
  1. Conducting thorough assessments of patients to identify their functional limitations and needs.
  2. Developing personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices to address patients' goals and improve their functional abilities.
  3. Providing various therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, exercises, and modalities, to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
  4. Monitoring patient progress and making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
  5. Cultivating strong relationships with patients and their families, educating them on therapeutic exercises, home programs, and condition management strategies.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
  • A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
  • Washington State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Preferred experience in orthopedic physical therapy.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practice in orthopedic rehabilitation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
