About the Role

InGenesis is seeking a skilled Mental Health Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will provide culturally competent preventative and early intervention mental health services for the ARISE program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide preventative counseling services to youth and adults.
  • Perform comprehensive behavioral health services, including intake evaluations, assessments, crisis intervention, and treatment planning.
  • Collaborate with the Program Manager and Outreach Worker to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Serve as the main liaison to school districts and provide school-based behavioral health services.
  • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate referrals to existing community resources as needed.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in social work or doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology.
  • Current California license - clinical social worker (LCSW) or psychologist.
  • Bilingual skills highly desirable.
