Job Summary

Macpower Digital Assets Edge is seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our psychiatric treatment team, you will provide mental health assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and crisis intervention services for adult and/or child members. Your expertise will be invaluable in developing and implementing clinical treatment programs, collaborating with treating physicians and allied health professionals, and ensuring the highest level of care for our members.

Responsibilities
  • Mental Health Assessment and Treatment: Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy to members.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with treating physicians, psychiatric professionals, and allied health professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and effective treatment outcomes.
  • Crisis Intervention and Support: Provide crisis intervention services, including emergency response and stabilization, to members in need.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential records of member treatment, progress, and outcomes.
  • Professional Development and Growth: Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices, research, and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Education and Licensure: Master's degree in Social Work, Social Welfare, Clinical or Counseling Psychology, or related field. Licensed Clinical Social Worker (California) or equivalent licensure required.
  • Experience and Skills: Minimum 2 years of experience in mental health settings, with expertise in assessing, diagnosing, and treating a broad range of psychiatric conditions. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse populations and professionals.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual, previous post-license experience, and demonstrated commitment to quality of service, teamwork, and participation in a highly interactive multidisciplinary clinic.
