- Provide empathetic and professional support to patients and their families, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with physician office staff, insurance companies, and other external stakeholders to facilitate smooth interactions and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Stay up-to-date on hospital policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in customer service, communication, and conflict resolution.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
