We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Core Data Scientist to join our team at SCOR. As a leading global reinsurer, we offer a unique opportunity to apply your expertise in predictive modeling and machine learning to drive business growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement advanced predictive modeling and machine learning strategies to drive business growth and optimize operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in predictive modeling and machine learning
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of best practices
- Master's degree in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, computer science, actuarial science, or similar quantitative field
- 3-5 years of experience in data science with strong programming capabilities and advanced knowledge of supervised/unsupervised machine learning techniques
- Experience in using distributed version control systems like Git
- Expert knowledge of OOP code architecture
