**Job Description:**
The Advanced Analytics Specialist will play a key role in supporting the development of advanced analytical models and techniques to drive business growth and mitigate risk. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and providing expert guidance on data-driven decision-making strategies. Additionally, the individual will be expected to stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the field of data science and to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the organization.

**Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement advanced analytical models and techniques to support business decisions and improve operational efficiency
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement
* Provide expert guidance on data-driven decision-making strategies
* Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the field of data science
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the organization

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a Master's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science. A Ph.D. is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in data science with a strong background in machine learning, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis. Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or R are essential, as well as experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure. The ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences is also critical.

**Estimated Salary:** $100,000 - $150,000 per annum depending on experience.
