Job RequirementsWe are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our team in developing machine learning models that improve USAA's ability to detect and prevent fraud on credit cards, debit cards, checks, deposits, digital payments, and other areas such as claims and disputes. The successful candidate will possess 6 years of experience in predictive analytics or data analysis and 4 years of experience in training and validating statistical, physical, machine learning, and other advanced analytics models.
The key responsibilities of this role include gathering, interpreting, and manipulating structured and unstructured data to enable advanced analytical solutions for the business. The candidate will also develop scalable, automated solutions using machine learning, simulation, and optimization to deliver business insights and business value. Additionally, they will select the appropriate modeling technique and/or technology with consideration to data limitations, application, and business needs.
The salary range for this position is: $138,230 - $248,810.
