Key Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will be responsible for a variety of maintenance tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Conducting regular inspections of properties to identify and address maintenance needs.
  • Performing repairs on mechanical systems to comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintaining electrical systems, including replacing light fixtures and circuit components.
  • Repairing structural elements such as decks, siding, and railings.
  • Managing plumbing tasks, including the installation and repair of toilets, faucets, and valves.
  • Overseeing alarm system inspections and coordinating necessary repairs.
  • Executing manual repairs, including lock replacements and door installations.
  • Implementing pest control measures as required.
  • Carrying out general maintenance activities such as painting and carpentry.
  • Addressing issues with furniture and fixtures, including bed frames and flooring.
  • Troubleshooting and repairing faulty appliances.
Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in HVAC.
  • At least 3 years of general maintenance experience.
  • HVAC EPA Certification is preferred.
  • A foundational understanding of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry principles.
  • Familiarity with maintenance processes and techniques.
  • Proficiency in using various tools and equipment.
  • The ability to lift heavy items and work in varying weather conditions.
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Work Environment:

The role requires a proactive individual who can work independently while adhering to safety and health regulations. Candidates should be prepared to engage with clients in a professional and courteous manner.
