Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate relationships with esteemed professionals, specialty healthcare providers, and key stakeholders in the ophthalmology sector.Key Responsibilities:
Meet and/or surpass established KPIs within your territory by creating, implementing, and executing a comprehensive business strategy that targets key accounts aimed at achieving performance metrics.
Identify influential figures and fulfill designated customer engagement expectations, focusing on top-tier clients.Formulate and execute strategies that enhance the adoption and utilization of the company's products among suitable patients.
Deliver up-to-date and thorough clinical presentations to physicians and other relevant healthcare professionals to promote appropriate product usage.
Develop extensive knowledge of products and competitors, as well as insights into local and regional market dynamics.Assess local trends, setting both short-term and long-term objectives to devise a robust product business strategy.
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales.
2+ years of experience in ophthalmology sales.
Exhibits comprehensive scientific, therapeutic, product, and competitive knowledge, recognized as a valuable resource by all relevant stakeholders.
Demonstrates strong business acumen and proficient use of business tools.
Possesses strategic and analytical thinking skills.
Proven history of exceeding performance targets.
Must reside within or near the designated territory.
Preferred Qualifications:
A degree in Life Sciences is preferred.
