About the Role: As a Financial Night Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing guest accounts, and running night audit reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage guest accounts by posting charges and handling cash and credit card transactions.
  • Run all necessary night audit reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
  • Ensure that all financial transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Prior customer service experience is required.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Be outgoing and friendly.
