Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Research & Development Manager to spearhead the innovation and development of nonwoven products. This role will focus on guiding projects from initial concept to successful market introduction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of nonwoven product development, ensuring a smooth transition from idea to market.
  • Assess and authorize new machinery and production systems to boost operational efficiency.
  • Work collaboratively with various departments, including engineering, production, and quality assurance, to facilitate effective product development.
  • Partner with Sales & Marketing teams to pinpoint and explore opportunities for innovative product solutions.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource distribution to guarantee projects are completed on schedule and within financial parameters.
  • Provide expert guidance and support, promoting a culture of ongoing learning and enhancement.
  • Build and nurture relationships with suppliers, clients, and industry stakeholders to advance product development initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to industry regulations, standards, and internal policies throughout the research and development phases.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Textile Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in nonwoven product development, demonstrating a successful history of product launches.
  • In-depth knowledge of nonwoven manufacturing processes, machinery, and materials.
  • Experience in evaluating and integrating new production technologies and equipment.
  • Exceptional project management abilities, with a strong emphasis on teamwork.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and tools utilized in product development and project management.
