Civil Drafter

ACO, Inc. is seeking a skilled Civil Drafter to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide technical support to customers, identify the best product solutions for projects, and advise on installation recommendations and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to customers, including identifying product solutions and advising on installation procedures.
• Maintain the Technical Services Information database, Dynamics, and workstation organization.
• Provide design services, including layout drawings, part lists, and shop drawings for individual projects.
• Responsible for gathering, verifying, and communicating information on projects to the appropriate personnel.

Requirements:

• Associate degree in civil or mechanical engineering technology, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of two years related experience, including experience interpreting product design and layouts.
• Proficient use of AutoCAD or similar systems.
