Urogynecology Medical Scribe Job Description

The Brigham & Women's Hospital - Brigham Health is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Scribe to join our Urogynecology team. As a Medical Scribe, you will play a vital role in supporting our physicians by documenting patient information in the electronic medical record (EMR).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document patient information in the EMR, including medical history, diagnoses, treatments, and test results.
  • Assist physicians with data entry, charting, and other administrative tasks.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and care coordination.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
