About Us

We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist PRN to join our team at Cooper University Health Care. As a member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for performing a variety of ultrasound procedures, including general, vascular, and portable exams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform ultrasound procedures in accordance with departmental procedures and protocols.
  • Maintain licensure and participate in continuing education opportunities.
  • Assist with patient flow and care, and participate in clinical activities as needed.
  • Participate in clerical activities, including registration, scheduling, and filing.
  • Meet departmental on-call requirements.

Requirements:
  • Associate Degree or Equivalent in Sonography or related field.
  • ARDMS Certification (American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers).
  • Expected to acquire RVT certification within timeframe established by supervisor.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1 year experience in general, vascular, and portable ultrasound procedures.
  • ARDMS eligible.
