Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and communication.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a medical screening or phlebotomy role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with donors, colleagues, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive medical information with discretion.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
