We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Plasma Center Receptionist to join our team at BioLife Plasma Services. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our donors, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for all who visit our plasma center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer phones and greet all visitors to the facility, including new and repeat donors, promptly and with a smile.
  • Perform administrative tasks to support plasma center operations, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with the Plasma Center Manager and other team members to achieve center goals and objectives.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and quality standards.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 32 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
