Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Screener to join our team at BioLife Plasma Services. As a Medical Screener, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our donors and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough medical screenings of donors to identify any potential health risks
  • Perform phlebotomy procedures to collect plasma from donors
  • Monitor donor safety and take necessary actions to prevent any adverse reactions
  • Collaborate with the Plasma Center Manager to identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Provide exceptional customer service to donors and staff
Requirements
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift materials up to 32 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
