Medical Screener

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Medical Screener to join our team at BioLife Plasma Services. As a Medical Screener, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and safety of our donors and the quality of our plasma products.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough medical histories and physical examinations of donors to ensure their suitability for plasma donation.
- Administer and interpret medical tests, including blood pressure and temperature checks.
- Monitor donor health and safety during the donation process.
- Provide excellent customer service to donors, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient plasma center operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a medical or customer service role preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
