Position Overview:

In the role of Financial Analyst at AAF International, you will be instrumental in managing financial responsibilities, including bookkeeping, ledger upkeep, and financial assessments. Your key duties will encompass:

  • Verifying the precision of invoices and financial documentation.
  • Overseeing accounting journals and ledgers.
  • Employing SAP and various software tools for data management.
  • Generating reports and reconciling financial statements.
  • Examining discrepancies and proposing corrective measures.
  • Administering invoicing software and report generation.
  • Accurately categorizing expenditures.
  • Conducting quarterly financial reports for the parent organization.
  • Executing additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • 2-4 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
  • Proficiency in SAP FICO is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Excel, Word, and SAP accounting applications.
  • Experience with electronic invoicing systems.
  • Essential skills include: effective communication, analytical problem-solving, strategic thinking, organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, negotiation skills, creativity, teamwork, customer focus, and presentation capabilities.
