Expeditor

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Expeditor to join our team at Crooked Hammock Brewery. The Expeditor will be responsible for ensuring the quality and presentation of our food and beverages, while also maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist with the presentation and assembly of dishes according to our high standards and guest orders
* Maintain expert knowledge of our menu and be able to answer questions from guests
* Restock plates and silverware as needed
* Demonstrate excellent communication skills and provide genuine care and respect to our guests and staff
* Work closely with our service and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest service
* Maintain a calm and composed demeanor under pressure
* Motivate our team to work efficiently and effectively

Requirements:

* Must be 16 years of age
* At least 6 months of experience in a similar role
* Ability to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel, and guests
* Must be clean, organized, and able to project voice
* Must be quick and deliberate
* Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
* Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time
