Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify and assess potential future risks to Google's physical security environment, considering emergent needs, current events, and long-term priorities.
- Manage and mentor a team of emerging risk analysts, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and strategic thinking.
- Partner with geopolitical and threat intelligence analysts to identify and assess emerging risks to Google's security and resilience mission.
- Work with the team to conceptualize and deliver compelling visual artifacts that capture unique insights and inspire new thinking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate ongoing dialogue about emerging resilience risks and opportunities to implement near and long-term mitigations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience authoring reports and conducting briefings that provide stakeholders with actionable insight about security and resilience concerns.
- 3 years of experience in foresight, futures thinking, or intelligence analysis.
- 3 years of experience in people management.
- Preferred qualifications: Master's degree with emphasis on coursework related to futurism or strategic foresight, experience in translating analysis results into business recommendations, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a deep interest and aptitude in futures thinking, change management, and strategic planning.
