Compensation Package:

  • Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the creation and execution of digital marketing initiatives to boost brand recognition and attract traffic.
  • Lead the marketing team in producing and sharing engaging content across multiple online platforms.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify emerging marketing opportunities.
  • Assist with administrative duties related to real estate marketing efforts.
  • Oversee and update agent social media profiles, ensuring regular engagement on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Accurately enter New Construction listings into the MLS database to maximize visibility.
  • Implement marketing strategies for clients and agents.
  • Maintain a Marketing Calendar outlining timelines for mailings, events, and other promotional activities.
  • Design flyers, brochures, and promotional materials for open houses and client events.
  • Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing postcards, including monthly promotions and property announcements.
  • Plan and manage quarterly events, including logistics, budgeting, and promotional outreach.
  • Produce and circulate a monthly newsletter to keep clients and prospects informed about market developments and company news.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in office administration or similar positions, showcasing strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • A creative approach with a keen interest in leveraging technology and innovation.
  • Aspirations to obtain a real estate license and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
