Job Summary

We are seeking experienced security professionals to join our team at EKG Security, Inc. as Security Flex Officers for Class A Buildings. As a Security Flex Officer, you will be responsible for providing fixed and roving patrol security for our client sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Site Observation: Observe and report any suspicious activities at the assigned site, deterring potential threats.
  • Critical Response: Respond quickly and effectively to critical situations, prioritizing the safety of clients and staff.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards, maintaining a secure and compliant environment.
  • Shift Flexibility: Work various shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays, to ensure 24/7 coverage.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and customer service skills, interacting with clients, staff, and law enforcement as needed.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to walk up and down stairs, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred. Minimum two years of security experience or military/LEO background required.
  • Licensing and Training: Pass any state-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
