Position SummaryWe are currently seeking dedicated and professional Security Officers. In this role, you will play a crucial part in fulfilling our mission to deliver outstanding service and protection to the communities we serve.
Key Qualifications and Requirements:- Must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with personnel at all levels and the public.
- Ability to obtain a valid security guard license as mandated by state regulations.
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screening is required for employment.
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities are essential.
- Intermediate computer skills to utilize advanced technology at client locations.
- Capability to manage crisis situations effectively and calmly at client sites.
- Physical requirements include:
- Working in diverse weather conditions, including cold, rain, or heat.
- Occasionally lifting or carrying items weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Climbing stairs, ramps, or ladders as needed during shifts.
- Standing or walking on various surfaces for extended periods.
