G Squared Capital Partners is on the lookout for a driven and collaborative individual to enhance our expanding investment banking division.

As a distinguished boutique investment bank, G Squared specializes in providing advisory services for mergers and acquisitions, along with debt and equity placements, and valuation assessments specifically for the Aerospace, Defense, and Government Services sectors.

Since our establishment, we have successfully advised on numerous transactions, catering to a diverse clientele that includes entrepreneur-led businesses, publicly traded corporations, private entities, and private equity firms.

Prior to founding G Squared, our leadership team executed over 200 transactions, amassing a total transaction value of around $10 billion.


Ideal candidates for the Analyst role should exhibit strong analytical capabilities, effective communication skills, and a commendable work ethic.

This role encompasses various facets of transaction execution, substantial engagement in business development, and opportunities to partake in organizational growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execution of M&A transactions along with equity and debt financing
  • Preparation of confidential information memoranda, management presentations, marketing pitches, and other relevant presentations
  • Analysis and preparation of financial statements, including historical and projected results
  • Coordination and support of due diligence processes
  • Preparation of valuation analyses, including discounted cash flow, precedent transactions, and comparable company analyses
  • Development of client relationships through deal execution and pitching
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • 1-3 years of experience in finance, technology, or consulting is preferred but not mandatory
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Resourceful self-starter, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive in taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities
  • Familiarity with financial statements
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Able to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
  • Interest in the Defense Technology and Government Services sectors
