- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial analysis software.
- Knowledge of investment banking industry and market trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow within the company.
