Job Overview

Tesoro Group is in search of a skilled Property Management Assistant to support operations at multiple residential properties. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of one year of experience in managing affordable housing, particularly with income-restricted units.

Position Details:
This role involves overseeing the daily activities of the properties to ensure a well-maintained and financially sound community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations, including fair housing laws.
  • Leadership: Foster positive relationships with residents and stakeholders, while maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Financial Management: Monitor occupancy rates, manage budgets, and ensure timely rent collection.
  • Property Operations: Maintain accurate resident records, oversee leasing processes, and implement marketing strategies.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong organizational and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience in property management, specifically in affordable housing.
  • Familiarity with government subsidy programs.
  • Successful completion of a background check is required.
