Work Schedule: Part-Time - Monday, Wednesday & Thursday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Compensation: $19 - $22 per hour, based on experience. Employee discount available for onsite living (not mandatory).

We oversee a diverse portfolio of multi-family residences and townhomes, featuring remarkable amenities such as clubhouses, swimming pools, and fitness centers.
Our properties are strategically situated near the vibrant Twin Cities, allowing residents to enjoy a variety of dining, shopping, and entertainment options.
Role Overview:
The Property Leasing Coordinator will support the Property Manager in the comprehensive management of community operations. The primary objective of this role is to efficiently coordinate personnel, activities, and resources to achieve community goals as outlined by the Regional Property Manager and the Management Company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with prospective tenants by answering inquiries and conducting property tours.
2. Process rental applications and manage lease documentation, including signings and move-ins.
3. Maintain precise and updated resident records.
4. Submit and track maintenance requests for residents.
5. Provide assistance to the Property Manager as required.
It is essential to adhere to all relevant Federal, State, and local regulations, as well as the policies and procedures established by the Management Company.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a leasing agent.
- Familiarity with leasing practices and current property market trends.
- Proficient in MS Office and general computer skills.
