Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a Property Leasing Coordinator to support our Property Manager in various operational tasks. This part-time role is essential in ensuring smooth community operations and fostering positive relationships with prospective tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Property Leasing Coordinator, your duties will include:
1. Engaging with potential tenants by answering inquiries and conducting property tours.
2. Following up on all leads and managing the application process.
3. Organizing lease documentation and facilitating move-in procedures.
4. Maintaining up-to-date resident records and processing work orders.
5. Assisting the Property Manager with additional tasks as required.
Work Environment:
This position is onsite, requiring a commitment to a part-time schedule on designated weekdays.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive hourly wage ranging from $19 to $22, based on experience, along with employee discounts for onsite living (optional).
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in leasing or property management.
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Familiarity with leasing practices and current market trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office and general computer skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- A valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
