Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. This role will provide exceptional support to our customers, ensuring a positive experience in our parking and transportation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to students, staff, faculty, and visitors, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with university policies and procedures.
  • Effectively communicate parking rules, regulations, and locations to customers, providing clear and concise information.
  • Provide parking validations and assist with special event parking, traffic, and crowd control activities.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless operations and provide support as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
