Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Service HVAC Field Supervisor to join our team at Conditioned Air Company of Naples, LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of field technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
  • Conduct site visits to inspect and evaluate HVAC systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to develop and implement process improvements, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with company safety protocols and industry standards.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in HVAC service and installation.
  • Proven track record of supervisory experience, with a focus on team leadership and development.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including operation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, technicians, and other stakeholders.
  • Type I and II EPA certification.
  • Prior supervisory position preferred.
  • Have a clean driving record and 3+ years driving experience.
