About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our Seller Services team in Germany. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business development and compliance efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify new growth opportunities for Sellers and develop strategies to support their adoption of our existing growth programs.
  • Lead Seller engagement efforts to ensure compliance with regulations, coordinating with various teams such as tech, legal, tax, finance, and operations.
  • Manage a team of subject matter experts across the EU to coordinate Seller engagement efforts for compliance.
  • Collaborate with product teams to improve the compliance roadmap based on feedback from Sellers.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on growth programs and compliance progress.
Requirements
  • Experience in program or project management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
