**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at a DCI in-center hemodialysis clinic. As a LPN, you will provide nursing care to patients undergoing hemodialysis, working under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse.

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide nursing care to patients undergoing hemodialysis, including assessment, initiation, and discontinuation of treatment
* Monitor patients during and after treatment, and obtain necessary lab work
* Assess and monitor patient's access with intervention as appropriate
* Follow the clinic's infection control policies and procedures
* Communicate effectively with the charge nurse and other healthcare team members
* Administer and educate patients regarding medications, within scope of practice
* Attend required training and staff meetings to maintain and expand skills

**Schedule:**

* Full-time, four 10-hour shifts starting at 5:30am
* Sundays off

**Compensation:**

* Pay range from $20-$27 per hour, depending on nursing and dialysis experience
