About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Dialysis Nurse to join our team at Dialysis Clinic, Inc. as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). As a key member of our patient care team, you will provide top-notch care to patients with chronic kidney disease.

Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Assess and monitor patients' access and intervene as necessary
  • Follow infection control policies and procedures
  • Understand concepts of water treatment and its impact on patient care
  • Communicate effectively with the charge nurse regarding patient condition changes
  • Administer and educate patients on medications within your scope of practice
  • Attend required training and staff meetings to maintain and expand your skills
