At Dialysis Clinic, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dialysis Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our patient care team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care to patients with chronic kidney disease.
Responsibilities- Pre-Treatment Preparation: Prepare dialysis machines, alarms, and treatment supplies to ensure quality standards are met.
- Treatment Administration: Perform hemodialysis treatments according to facility policies and procedures.
- Patient Education and Training: Provide ongoing patient education, training, and health coaching to promote optimal care.
- Monitoring and Assessment: Monitor patients during dialysis, assessing and communicating changes with physicians and families.
- Medication Administration: Administer and chart all prescribed medications as directed.
- Infection Control: Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations to ensure a safe environment.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in patient care conferences, rounds, and chart reviews to facilitate continuity of care.
- Documentation: Document required patient education efforts and treatment outcomes.
- Leadership: Lead a small patient care team and contribute to onboarding new staff members as directed.
- Competitive Pay: Pay range from $30-$40 per hour, depending on nursing and dialysis experience.
