Construction Manager New Hampshire

The position involves a mix of office and field work, with travel required primarily throughout central and south New Hampshire.
This role may evolve as the company continues to grow.
Responsibilities include:
- Working independently and supervising projects from start to finish.
- Meeting with town/municipal inspectors, pulling permits, and attending planning and zoning meetings.
- Finalizing details for job completion, invoicing, closing out projects, obtaining Certificate of Occupancy, etc.
- Monitoring subcontractors for projects within the current portfolio.
- Collaborating with the Construction Manager and Sr. Superintendent on cost estimating, construction process, and overall budget stewardship.
- Reviewing and inspecting work to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to plans, shop drawings, etc.
- Occasional overnight travel may be necessary.
Key attributes and skills include:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a superintendent on self-storage, industrial, and/or related commercial projects.
- An organized problem solver with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrating leadership in managing/leading multiple subcontractors and projects at once.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Procore, and SharePoint.
- High School diploma or GED.
