Commercial Territory Lead Position

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Commercial Territory Lead to join our team at Ohm Systems, Inc. As a Commercial Territory Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales growth for commercial roller shades in a multi-state Southern territory.

About the Role:

  • You will develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • You will build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including architects, designers, general contractors, and subcontractors.
  • You will prospect daily to identify new business opportunities and develop a pipeline of leads.
  • You will conduct AIA CEU presentations (minimum of 6 annually) to educate and engage architects and designers.
  • You will coordinate with Sales Directors and Inside Sales Representatives to maximize efforts and sales impact.
