We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Elevated Financial Benefits. About the RoleThis position involves learning our proven sales system and implementing it in the field to drive new business and generate self-sustaining referral streams. Key Responsibilities- Develop a deep understanding of our sales system and consistently apply it in the field to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through presentations to local companies, generating new accounts, and building strong relationships.
- Utilize our established system to create a sustainable referral network that yields passive renewal income.
- A competitive estimated salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus industry-leading incentives and bonuses.
