Reporting Structure: This role reports directly to the Director of Social Services.

Employment Status: This is a full-time exempt position requiring 80 hours per two-week pay period.

Work Schedule: Regular hours are from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Weekly Commitment: The position entails a commitment of 40 hours per week.

Remote Work: This position is not eligible for remote work.

Compensation: We offer a competitive salary package.

Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive and innovative individual to join our Social Services team. This position involves collaborating with the Social Services Director to deliver outstanding social services support within the organization.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) degree is required.
  • Must be licensed by the South Dakota Board of Social Work Examiners.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with staff, patients, families, and other stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.

Physical Requirements

  • The work environment is indoors, well-lit, and climate-controlled, with minimal hazards under normal conditions.
