**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Debris Monitoring Specialist to join our team in Maitland, FL.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Monitor and observe loading activities of trucks, bobcats, and front-end loaders to ensure compliance with federal regulations.
  • Confirm that hauling contractors are loading only eligible storm-related debris on public rights-of-way or property.
  • Ensure that debris cleanup complies with federal regulations and that contractors pick up all eligible debris.
  • Brief the supervisor on daily activities, debris collection progress, issues, or problems.

**Requirements:**

  • Valid driver's license
  • Insured reliable and dependable vehicle for following trucks
  • Ability to work on weekends and for long periods of time (roughly 12 hours a day)
  • Ability to use a smartphone and possess good teamwork and cooperation skills
