- Help ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the patient care team to implement the medical plan of care, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers, promoting a culture of empathy and compassion.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; completion of a Medical Assistant program or equivalent experience preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; MA certification by a California Medical Board recognized agency preferred.
- 1 year of recent relevant experience in a medical setting, with a focus on pain management or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- A competitive hourly rate of $27.88 to $33.45, depending on experience.
