Job Title: Client Account Coordinator

RSI Security is a leading provider of cybersecurity services, dedicated to delivering secure and innovative solutions to our clients. We foster a culture of compliance and security to protect our clients' data and maintain their trust.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Account Coordinator to support our service delivery team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in facilitating change orders, renewals, and upsell business opportunities among existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts of existing clients
  • Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
  • Generate proposals and maintain accurate sales records
  • Coordinate between Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Project Managers (PMs)
  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in account management, sales support, or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce and Hubspot preferred)
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data
