Job Title: Director, Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis to join our team. As a key member of our finance organization, you will be responsible for leading the company-wide forecasting process, analyzing and presenting results, and providing actionable insights to our CEO and CFO.

The Role:

As a Director, Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading in-year forecast updates and ensuring strong connectivity with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP), and cross-functional teams.
  • Driving communication and collaboration across the finance and business organization to ensure common forecasting processes, greater insight into key assumptions, and visibility into risk and opportunities.
  • Collaborating with business partners to monitor revenue and expense performance indicators, providing guidance and insight into financial forecasts, and developing proposals to mitigate risks and enhance opportunities.
  • Leading the month-end management reporting process and delivering impactful framing and analysis of financial and business results.
  • Providing financial leadership, impactful financial analysis, and business insights to the CEO, CFO, business divisions, and functions to drive monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L and cash flow results.
  • Partnering with the broader Corporate FP&A team, Investor Relations, and Controllership for earnings preparation, SEC reporting, and other support as needed.
  • Assisting in the definition and implementation of "best-in-class" company-wide standards for management reporting, planning, and forecasting processes.
  • Advancing analytical maturity across the finance team and leveraging technology to improve FP&A and finance processes.
  • Demonstrating a willingness to complete additional miscellaneous tasks as assigned to support the overall organization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a highly related field (Graduate degree desired).
  • 10+ years of experience with a track record of increasing responsibilities in Corporate FP&A, Business Unit FP&A, or other financial analysis roles.
  • Preferably experience in the advanced manufacturing or technology industries.
  • Proficient to advanced SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint skills; SAP BPC and/or OneStream a plus.
