Site Operations Supervisor

TDG Facilities, LLC is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee operations at two of our client locations in the Greater Cincinnati Area. The successful candidate will have a solid foundation in general maintenance, experience in leading a small team, and a strong commitment to supporting daily building functions. WORK SCHEDULE:
Standard shifts are typically Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver daily maintenance assistance, including basic electrical, plumbing, and general upkeep services.
  • Familiarity with light HVAC systems is advantageous.
  • Manage minor carpentry tasks such as painting, patching, drywall repairs, and door maintenance.
  • Supervise staff and tasks, ensuring that all activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and correctly.
  • Assist with fire system testing and inspections.
  • Knowledge of floor maintenance practices, including stripping and waxing, as well as carpet cleaning.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of maintenance, repairs, and testing activities.
  • Oversee site supply inventory and manage periodic ordering.
  • Build and sustain client relationships, including participation in client meetings.
  • Utilize a computer to update and track work orders within a management system.
  • Collaborate with account leaders to ensure facility operations remain within budgetary constraints.
  • Escalate urgent tasks to headquarters for additional support.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Experience in commercial facilities maintenance and support.
  • Strong mechanical skills and aptitude.
  • Proven leadership abilities with a focus on servant leadership.
  • Capability to troubleshoot various maintenance challenges.
  • Effective and courteous communication skills with diverse individuals.
  • Ability to self-manage and exceed expectations in all essential duties.
