Deliver exceptional service and support that sets IMA Life apart from competitors.
Engage in equipment commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and service tasks for both IMA Life and third-party equipment across various applications at customer locations.
Provide outstanding customer service by collaborating closely with clients and other departments within IMA Life. Participate in ongoing improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction.PRODUCTS AND SERVICES:
Specializing in filling, loading, and freeze-drying equipment, along with associated services for the pharmaceutical sector.
Adhere to IMA Life and regulatory standards to ensure safety for yourself and others, while safeguarding processes, equipment, and the environment.
Supervise support personnel from any IMA Life site and manage subcontractors effectively.REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
1.
A Technical Certificate in electro/mechanical/process discipline or a minimum of 5 years of direct experience in a service environment for capital equipment.
2.Proficiency in PLC/PC skills to facilitate the scheduling, integration, and updating of equipment and service management systems, along with the ability to generate concise reports.
3. A valid Driver's License. 4. Capability to lift 50 lbs (20 Kg) and comply with various industrial PPE requirements, including clean room suits. 5. Self-motivated with effective time management skills and a positive approach to customer interactions. 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 7.Adaptability to work safely and effectively in diverse situations and with various individuals or groups.
8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal in English).ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS:
Willingness to work overtime and travel domestically and internationally as required.
