Position Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview:

As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of speech and language disorders. Your primary focus will be on developing tailored treatment strategies and applying evidence-based therapeutic practices. Collaboration with healthcare professionals, educators, and families will be essential to provide holistic care and support for clients.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations to identify speech and language disorders.
  • Create and execute individualized treatment plans.
  • Deliver therapy services to clients with communication challenges.
  • Track and document client progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary.
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families.
  • Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for clients.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
  • Experience with a variety of client demographics is advantageous.
