A Certified Respiratory Care Specialist is sought to join a reputable healthcare facility.

Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly wage: $33.59
- Night shifts only
- Sign-on bonus: up to $7,500

Key Responsibilities
- Under general supervision, the Certified Respiratory Care Specialist will carry out all respiratory care duties.
- Administer routine and complex respiratory therapy procedures to patients of all ages.
- Manage and operate acute care ventilators for both short-term and long-term mechanical ventilation.
- Work independently in the absence of the full-time Team Leader, ensuring accurate record-keeping and data entry into the hospital's systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an acute care setting (ICU, CVICU, NICU, PICU, or critical care unit)
- Availability for night shifts (including rotating weekends)
- 12-hour shifts required
- Completion of an AMA-approved respiratory care program (Associate's Degree)
- Florida licensure preferred or willingness to obtain
